Nothing is more important to the health of a local church than the character of it leaders. As an elder-led church, Centerpoint places a high priority on the qualifications of our leaders. In our passage today, Paul gives three major character traits in which our elders (and prospective elders) must excel. In order to be examples to the flock, and give the necessary oversight to the church, our elders need to be above reproach in these areas. 1 Timothy 3:1-13
