We all want to be faithful to God and patiently wait on God’s timing to fulfill His purposes. Sometimes, however, we wait on God to do something—and keep on waiting. He seems to be delaying His promises, and our desires remain unfulfilled. Others experience difficulty with feelings of hopelessness and helplessness. How do we keep going in these circumstances? Today, we will look at Genesis 16 to see two different responses with differing results.
