VBS is Back Again at CENTERPOINT CHURCH!

On August 1st-4th, Galactic Blast VBS at Centerpoint Church will take you into outer space praising God all along the way!

Galactic Blast VBS is not your typical space mission. Kids will see space like never before as they gain a new perspective of our Creator and learn to praise Him through this journey. They will do this through rockin’ contemporary music, larger-than-life recreation games, cool crafts, and fun, exciting Bible stories.

Our daily mission pledges are:

Mission #1 — OUR GOD IS WONDERFUL!

Mission #2 — OUR GOD IS INCREDIBLE!

Mission #3 — OUR GOD IS AMAZING!

Mission #4 — OUR GOD IS MAGNIFICENT!

So plan on joining us AUGUST 1st – 4th from 6:00-8:00 p.m. as we blast off on a space adventure you’ll never forget! We look forward to seeing you at Galactic Blast 2010!

Wisdom for Living

On the first day of the week, very early in the morning, the women took the spices they had prepared and went to the tomb. They found the stone rolled away from the tomb, but when they entered, they did not find the body of the Lord Jesus. While they were wondering about this, suddenly two men in clothes that gleamed like lightning stood beside them. In their fright the women bowed down with their faces to the ground, but the men said to them, “Why do you look for the living among the dead? He is not here; he has risen! Remember how he told you, while he was still with you in Galilee: `The Son of Man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, be crucified and on the third day be raised again.’” Luke 24:1-7
